In 2012, Ross was looking for a West Coast distribution center. They discovered Wonderful Industrial Park, and in one year built a two-million-square-foot facility on 160 acres, with ample trailer and employee parking and room for expansion. Employee hiring and retention were such successes that in 2018 Ross expanded their footprint in the park to an additional one-million-square-foot state-of-the-art site.
