Wonderful Real Estate is our professional real estate development and property management company. It develops, constructs, acquires, and manages a diverse portfolio of real estate focused on industrial, research and development/flex, manufacturing, and office properties.

General planning of the initial park begins with John Guinn, City Manager for the City of Shafter.

1996

1999

The Allen Group builds the first warehouse.

Target builds a ~2MM sq. ft. facility.

2003

2011

Wonderful buys the development, known at the time as the International Trade and Transportation Center, and renames it Paramount Logistics Park.

Ross purchases 160 acres and builds a 1.8MM sq. ft. building.

Ross begins operations.

FedEx purchases 21 acres to build a 210,000 sq. ft. facility.

John Guinn joins Wonderful Real Estate Development (WRED).

FedEx facility opens.

2015

WRED develops a 1MM sq. ft. build-to-suit for American Tire.

Essendant signs a build-to-suit lease for a 405,000 sq. ft. building.

Ross leases a 1MM sq. ft. spec building.

Walmart opens a prototype 700,000 sq. ft. automated refrigerated warehouse.

Amazon leases a 1MM sq. ft. spec building.

J.M. Smucker leases a 1MM sq. ft. spec building (operated by CJ Logistics).

Wonderful Career Center opens.

GAF leases a 310,000 sq. ft. spec building.

WRED begins development on its latest 1MM sq. ft. spec building, 5104 Express Ave.
