Wonderful Real Estate is our professional real estate development and property management company. It develops, constructs, acquires, and manages a diverse portfolio of real estate focused on industrial, research and development/flex, manufacturing, and office properties.

We have invested more than $3 billion in capital projects and we own and manage nearly 10 million sq. ft. of commercial real estate, primarily in California.
