John Guinn
Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
John Guinn, based in the Bakersfield office, is responsible for forward planning and the attainment of all entitlements. John has nearly 40 years of experience in land use planning, civil engineering, and project development. He served as the architect of land entitlement and permitting strategies where he secured timely permitting of complex projects, several within Wonderful Real Estate’s Wonderful Industrial Park.
Prior to joining Wonderful Real Estate, he spent 17 years as City Manager for the City of Shafter and served in Public Works and Large Infrastructure Management for the City of Hanford. John is also a registered civil engineer in the State of California.
