Unique Lopez

Unique Lopez, based in Bakersfield, is a recent addition to the Wonderful Real Estate team. As an associate planner, she assists with land entitlements, permitting strategies, and makes field studies for planning and development projects like Wonderful’s Real estate Industrial park. Unique was born and raised in Delano, California. She graduated from UC Irvine 2020 with a BA in Urban Planning & Public Policy. Before moving back to her community, she was working in public sectors. She has experience working in active transportation for Riverside County and in the planning department for the City of Norwalk.
