Designed with Wonderful Industrial Park tenants and Central Valley residents in mind, our on-site Wonderful Career Center helps prepare and place individuals into successful, highly skilled careers.
The center partners with Bakersfield College to create and lead in-depth training programs, providing students with the right skill set for in-demand roles. Ultimately, participants who complete our technical training are primed to be excellent potential employees at your company.
On-Site Employee Training
Train your new or current employees at our modern on-site Wonderful Career Center. Here, they’ll learn skills in industrial automation and logistics through programs such as the Technical Operator Program (TOP) and Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) program.
